Lead Generation Agent



Salary: up to £30,000 + Uncapped commission | OTE 65k

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm - 4 DAY WEEK - FRIDAYS OFF

Location: Whiteley, Fareham.

We are looking for lead generation agents, is this you?? You will have at least 1 years experience in a sales role but for someone exceptional we can look at less!!



Our client is a rapidly growing telecoms business!



As a Lead Generation agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients business forward by cold calling clients and qualifying them as potential leads. These leads will then be passed on to our sales closing team.



Youll need to be happy (and good) at cold calling (you will be given rough scripts and some initial training), and will have the confidence and ability to think on your feet, engage with clients and identify their lead potential.



The successful candidates will be highly motivated, have the ability to objection handle, build relationships and identify leads.



You must have sales experience.



Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads

Cold Calling

Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Deliver a continuing high level of customer service

Building strong customer relations with new customers

Being highly motivated and engaged to maintain high success rates

Creating and maintaining your own records of closed leads

Taking inbound and making outbound calls

Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
