RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ASSISTANT

SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our clients busy Waterlooville office, assisting the Residential Conveyancing team.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all required administrative duties on conveyancing matters
- Opening files electronically and setting up paper files including conflict & ID checks for client.
- Prepare correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of files
- Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file.
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate will be experienced preferably in this area of law.
- This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts
- Commitment to providing excellent client care
- Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Team-focus with a flexible can do and collaborative approach to working with others.
This is a full time role 9am 5pm Monday Friday, based in our Waterlooville office.
