Who are you?

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative, tailoring learning to each child’s strengths.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to inspire and engage pupils with diverse needs.
- Have experience in SEN (or a strong willingness to learn).
- A great team player, working collaboratively with staff and families.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.

- Plan and deliver innovative, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
- Work closely with families, therapists, and support staff to ensure each pupil thrives.
- Encourage independence, communication, and resilience in pupils.
