Our client based in Watford is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join their dynamic team. In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to lead audits under the guidance of our Audit Managers and Principals, managing on-site audit teams and contributing to the planning, completion, and reporting processes.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Lead audits under the supervision of Audit Managers and Principals, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage on-site audit teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Contribute to the planning, completion, and preparation of management letters for a variety of client organisations.
  • Assist Audit Managers with delegated tasks, including planning, file reviews, and other audit-related activities.
  • Actively participate in the supervision and work-based training of other audit professionals, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 2 years of audit experience from a UK accountancy firm.
  • Proficient in the use of computerised accounting packages and IT systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
