Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a permanent role? This is an excellent opportunity to join a large company based in Watford. As a Credit Controller, you will be working in a team of friendly who work a hybrid model.Â
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and hardworking Accounts Receivable team as a Credit Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own ledger of customer accounts, taking full ownership of aged debt to minimize risk and maximize cash flow.
- Collect receipts in accordance with agreed terms.
- Chase customers for payments as per agreed terms.
- Allocate customer receipts accurately.
- Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve disputes.
- Reconcile accounts efficiently.
- Process debit and credit notes.
- Handle customer direct debit payments on a monthly basis.
Skills & experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Credit Control positionÂ
- Experience of managing debt
- Friendly approach to chasing debt
- Tech savvyÂ
- Excel intermediate level
- Able to commute to WatfordÂ
