Office Based

Our client based in Watford are seeking a confident administrator to join their team in supporting service delivery by overseeing administration assistance to all customers and engineering staff for planned preventative maintenance

Main duties;

-            Completing all tasks ensuring SLA’s are met to company standards

-            Processing quotes

-            Logging, booking and closing calls

-            Scheduling / coordinating engineers jobs

-            Order processing with suppliers and third parties

-            Raising PO’s

-            Monitoring engineer attendance

-            Sending daily schedule updates

-            Dealing with customer complaints

-            Chasing engineers/sub-contractors for job updates

-            Producing quotes

-            Updating CRM system

Key Knowledge/Skills

-            Any experience with the operation “CASH” would be desirable but not essential

-            Experience of working within a sales/office environment

-            Experience working within a customer care environment

-            Experience of coordination of service staff or engineers

-            Experience of using a database for invoicing and PO’s

-            Experience using a CRM Database

You will need;

-            Confident administration skills

-            Ability to prioritise and work under pressure without supervision

-            Excellent written and oral communication skills to deal with customers and clients at all levels

-            Fluent with all MS applications in particular work and excel
