Job Description:

As a School Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school. While no prior experience is necessary, we are looking for candidates with a passion for education and a willingness to learn. You will provide essential support to the administrative team, teachers, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain and update student records and files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the organization of school events, meetings, and activities.
  • Help with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support various school projects.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized school office environment.
  • Learn and use school management software and systems.
