Monday Friday 9am 6pm (Some flexibility around these hours)

Our client is looking for a sales progressor to join their upmarket office in Watford. With their professional and dedicated attitude which ensures great relationships are built with all clients.

As a Sales Progressor, your role will include:

  • Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully always informed.
  • Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
  • Being the sole point of contact for all parties
  • Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors
  • Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads

About you:

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Experience in Sales Progression

Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy

Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.

Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Highly motivated and positive with a can do attitude.
