Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own ledger of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Proactively address aged debt, working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues.
- Allocate customer receipts and reconcile accounts to maintain a clear understanding of outstanding debts.
- Deliver accurate invoices and statements to clients.
- Process debit and credit notes as needed.
- Utilise customer Spend Management Portals to upload invoice data and secure payments.
- Manage monthly direct debit payments for customers.
- Handle any ad hoc duties as required.

- Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is essential.
- A hands-on team player with high attention to detail.
