Our client is a seeking a new Telesales Advisor to join their growing business based in Watford.

Working fully on site with an impressive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with a bonus scheme in place.

An effective Telesales Advisor must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers
• Answer queries about products or services
• Liaise with other teams where necessary
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Succeed and exceed all targets set

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is preferred
• Good knowledge of relevant computer IT skills
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
