My client are a major player within their sector and have a global reach with offices in over 20 counties. They pride themselves on solvingengineering challenges across many industry sectors including maintenance, repair, and overhaul, as well as general machining through to heavy machining, railway, and airframe assembly.
Were looking for a time served engineer to join my client as the new Area Sales Managerto cover the South East. Benefits include a salary of £45k- £60K DOE, 20% bonus, Hybrid/Electric car, Private Medical, Death in Service x6 salaryand a superb overall benefits package.
Fully remote workingwith the expectation to go out and hunt for new business opportunities to increase revenue.
To be successful as an Area Sales Manager were looking for the following skills / experience
- Time Served Engineer with Sales experience
- Previous experience as amulti-skilled Engineer, Applicationsengineer or currently aCutting tool sales engineer
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and being customer focused
- Confidently demonstrate solutions and benefits to the end user whilst on site
- Full UK driving license
