- Probate Consultation: Arrange initial meetings with families to advise them on the probate journey with compassion and expertise. Conduct home visits, offer advice, and ensure families are supported every step of the way.
- Probate Knowledge: Familiarity with probate processes in England and Wales.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to connect with families during sensitive times.
- IT Literacy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
