Business Development Manager - Collections Industry

Watford HQ/Remote/Hybrid.

Salary up to £55k + commission and car allowance (OTE £75K)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Watford, focusing on the collections industry.

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional Business Development Manager with a passion for securing new business and fostering strong client relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Pro-actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the collections sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to target potential clients and secure new contracts.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing of deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.

- Collaboration: Work closely with our Watford team, Central Sales, Marketing, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Proven track record in business development and sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.- Valid driving license, and willingness to travel as required.
