The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will drive the brand's rebranding and marketing strategy. A broad, high-impact role that covers brand strategy, retail, trade & consumer marketing, digital campaigns, activations, influencer marketing, and more. You will fully own the marketing roadmap, working directly with the CEO & Commercial Director and leading a team to create disruptive campaigns that ignite consumer demand. This role is perfect for someone who thinks big, acts fast, and isn't afraid to push boundaries.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead a brand refresh to modernise and align with top competitors.
  • Develop brand awareness and execute cool, high-impact activation campaigns across all channels.
  • Define the B2B and DTC marketing approach for retail, wholesale, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer.
  • Provide retailers with marketing activations and assets to drive sell-through.
  • Oversee Amazon marketing, social media strategy, and influencer collaborations to increase engagement.
  • Launch Creative Campaigns & exciting activations that generate a frenzy of interest in the brand.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with brand ambassadors, media, and influencers.
  • Own the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Be the Brand Voice, represent the brand externally, and champion its growth internally.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in leading brand strategy, rebranding, and product marketing for a consumer goods brand.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing – retail, wholesale, Amazon, social media, DTC.
  • Creative and commercially driven balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing.
  • Experience in retail & trade marketing, working with retailers to deliver strong in-store and online activations.
  • Fast-paced & high-energy mindset – you thrive in a dynamic environment and get things done.
  • Ambitious & strategic, ready to own the marketing strategy and grow into a Marketing Director role.
