Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for driving the growth and development of the categories through in-depth market analysis, consumer insights, and category management strategies.
  • Lead the development of category strategies to ensure optimal growth for both the business and retail partners.
  • Bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and product development by ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with consumer needs and market trends.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand consumer behaviours, preferences, and trends in the industry.
  • Analyse and track category performance against KPIs and deliver regular reports on market share, sales growth, and profitability.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within marketing Insight, customer insights and shopper metrics and have worked within FMCG or retail/B2C. Experience using one of the following systems Nielsen, Kantar, Tableau, Power BI.

In return you will receive a salary paying a competitive salary  depending on experience + bonus + excellent benefits + working from home 2 days a week (non negotiable) + free parking when in the office!
