As they continue to scale, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the revenue growth strategies and foster long-term partnerships.

The RoleAs CRO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales, business development, and marketing functions. This role requires a commercially driven, results-oriented leader with deep expertise in the B2B drinks/beverages space. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the organization exceeds its revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales and business development teams, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Drive B2B sales growth by identifying new opportunities in the drinks/beverages industry and nurturing key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with beverage manufacturers, distributors, and other partners.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with the product development and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to refine revenue strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the executive team on revenue performance and pipeline development.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or revenue-focused leadership role within the drinks/beverages industry (B2B focus essential).
  • Strong track record of delivering significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance.
  • Strong network within the drinks and beverages industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
