CRM CAMPAIGN MANAGER

UP TO £45,000

WATFORD - HYBRID - 3 days a week in the office

THE COMPANY

This SaaS business partners with some of the biggest brands in the fashion industry, and they are now looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to sit in their newest clients' CRM team!

THE ROLE

As a CRM Campaign Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Act as a technical expert to help deliver campaigns for clients
  • Work closely with a range of internal teams to provide recommendations
  • Driving personalisation of campaigns, and inform internal and client stakeholders on campaign solutions
  • Understand the capabilities of their ESP and how it can be best used
  • Work across multiple different channels; mainly Email, SMS, and push

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • An understanding of multiple CRM comms channels is ideal
  • Retail or agency-side experience is a plus
  • Experience with any ESP is needed
  • A solid understanding of customer data is useful
  • CRM campaign deployment experience is needed
  • Stakeholder management skills are required
