Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading supplier in the motor parts industry, for a motivated and driven Internal Account Manager. If you have a passion for sales, excel at managing inbound inquiries, and are adept at building lasting customer relationships, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries via phone and email, converting them into profitable orders.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise product mix and profit margins.
  • Follow up on quotes persistently to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the company’s revenue and profit goals, with daily performance tracking.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, whether in a telephone-based or field-based role, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent phone selling skills, with the ability to actively listen, engage, and build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with technical or complex information, particularly in the trailer parts industry, is a plus.
