Description
Our client is looking to appoint a field based sales manager to manage a growing team along the M25.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead a team of 8 new business hunters across the M25
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Manage sales team members based in London and the M25 area
- Handle and resolve any issues that team members or customers might face
Profile
A successful Local Sales Manager (M25) should have:
- Proven work experience in a sales role within the retail industry
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
