Our client is looking to appoint a field based sales manager to manage a growing team along the M25.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead a team of 8 new business hunters across the M25
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Manage sales team members based in London and the M25 area
  • Handle and resolve any issues that team members or customers might face

Profile

A successful Local Sales Manager (M25) should have:

  • Proven work experience in a sales role within the retail industry
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
