Package - £35,000 - £40,000 OTE £60,000 - £65,000.

We are a leading Commercial Kitchen Design House for the hospitality industry. We are looking to add to our design sales team. Established as a leading solution provider for the HoReCa sector with a strong reputation around the UK. We have an excellent relationship we leading heavy and light equipment manufactures for the hospitality sector, which helps us bring a diverse range of products to our clients. After a highly successful 2023 we are looking to explain our design team offering with addition in our Design Sales team.

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Designer to join our growing team in a leading catering equipment design house. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing innovative commercial kitchens and delivering tailored solutions to clients across the hospitality and foodservice industries.

As a Senior Sales Designer, you will:

  • Consult with clients to understand their vision, space constraints, and operational needs.
  • Design bespoke commercial kitchens, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with industry standards, and optimal use of space.
  • Produce detailed CAD drawings and visualizations to present to clients.
  • Drive sales by pitching custom solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in catering equipment and kitchen design.
  • Manage the end-to-end process from design to installation, working closely with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and commercially minded designer with a passion for creating efficient and aesthetically pleasing commercial kitchen environments. You will bring strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects successfully.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and design within the catering or foodservice industry.
  • Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) with the ability to produce accurate and detailed designs.
  • A strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and catering equipment.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of UK food safety, fire safety, and building regulations is essential.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
