Are you an ambitious, value driven leader, working in a commercially focused role within the Healthcare sector, looking to take full commercial/strategic responsibility at a fast-growth, specialist healthcare services provider as they build toward a company exit?

Reporting directly into the company founders and Board, you will take on the role of implementing commercial strategies which lead to profitable growth, delivering strategic client partnerships, building long lasting relationships with clients & patients, lead promotional activities and ensure that the company values of 'patient first' and 'clinical quality' are upheld in every decision and action.

Working as part of the C-suite leadership team (COO & CCO), you will play a pivotal role in growing headcount and profit across the group, be involved in all tenders, commercial decisions and company spend and provide valuable support and direction to the Board.

The Role:

  • Lead the commercial team, coordinate marketing and promotional activities to grow the business.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies which lead to the profitable growth.
  • Lead discussions for significant growth opportunities such as taking M&A, major NHS tender opportunities and being visible to key customers and identifying opportunities to improve services and or develop new services.

The Person:

  • Proven track of commercial leadership within the UK Healthcare sector.
  • Values driven professional that puts patient wellbeing and clinical quality ahead of profit.
  • Experience of marketing and promoting B2B and B2G services preferably within diagnostics, NHS or private healthcare clients.
