OAT Test Lead

  • Documentation of Non-functional OAT Approach and Test Results in a way that can be understood by both Business & Technical Stakeholders.
  • Analysis of project NF requirements/acceptance criteria to derive requisite test collateral including supporting the production of Non-Functional OAT scenarios/scripts for the programme.
  • Be the Test SME/First point of contact for Non-Functional OAT guidance.
  • Support, drive Non-Functional OAT preparation, scripting activities.
  • Plan, support and execute Non-Functional OAT execution, taking responsibility for co-ordination of defect resolution
  • Define and communicate Non-Functional OAT environment requirements
  • Provide regular MI to be produced during Non-Functional OAT Phase execution by project.
  • Deliver Non-Functional OAT successfully to ensure work items meet the project defined acceptance criteria.
  • Identifying and evidencing when features do not meet expected behaviour and explaining their observations to the relevant team including 3rd party vendors, BA's, architects and other project stakeholders.
  • Providing input into Test Completion Reports for project delivery.
  • Quality checks for Non-Functional process adherence (e.g. Tests up to date and reviewed, defects have right level of detail, test evidence captured)
  • Creation of Non-functional OAT Knowledge Artefacts for the wider team to use.
