A motivated and detail-oriented candidate is sought to join this ambitious financial services organisation, ensuring the ongoing management of their customers' accounts including breaches of conditions. You will be working within a team, supporting a portfolio of customers, servicing the accounts and acting on any arrears cases. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen you experience within bridging loans, with the ability to continue to grow your career long-term.Day to day activities include:
  • Being a customer liaison expert for a portfolio of bridging cases, communicating with customers on loans to ensure redemption is on track
  • Helping customers with the ongoing management of their account, including breaches of conditions
  • Being the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support and solutions, as well as exploring forbearance
  • Answering incoming telephone, letter and email queries, providing positive customer service
  • Proactively contacting customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan, ensuring full collections, redemptions and default loans policy is met
  • Prepare and review redemption statements
  • Managing a portfolio of customers through the arrears and breaches lifecycle, including receivership or legal repossession processes and complex litigation cases
  • Monthly reporting and assisting with audits
  • Adhering to internal customer service policies and regulatory requirements, FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime and Data Protection
You will have:
  • A background within bridging loans
  • Experience in servicing, including arrears and collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to collaborate and support customers
  • The ability to prioritise, take initiative, and work to deadlines
