About You:
  • You’re passionate about finance and enjoy working with numbers.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail.

  • You have leadership potential and can mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts
  • Ensure timely payments and follow up when necessary
  • Negotiate repayment plans with clients
  • Resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process and reconcile invoices with accuracy
  • Monitor and guide a junior Credit Controller’s daily performance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and performing financial analysis
  • Proficient with Google Mail, Docs, and Sheets (familiarity with Xero is a bonus!)
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude when tackling debtor balances
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
