A company based in Watford are seeking a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in managing accounts receivable, I would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the credit control process and collecting outstanding payments
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications with clients and payment statuses
  • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to reduce overdue debt
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment queries
  • Monitoring credit limits and assessing credit risk
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
