Call Centre ManagerWatfordCompetitive Salary + BonusHere at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are excited to be supporting our successful Client within the professional services industry with their requirement for a Call Centre Manager. You will be responsible for the management and development of the Sales Team, driving performance and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.Please note, this is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the Sales Team
  • Sharing product and procedure knowledge
  • Performance management
  • Conducting regular Team meetings and one-to-ones
  • Analysis of team performance in terms of customer interaction, conversions and following best practice
  • Provision of insightful information
  • Monitoring of KPIs
  • Recruiting and onboarding new staff members
  • Resolving any escalated issues
  • Continuously driving efficiencies and service improvements

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Significant experience managing a Sales Team and driving high performance
  • Strong people management experience
  • Experienced working within a high growth environment
  • Highly motivational, with a positive 'can do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrable experience in meeting revenue targets and KPIs
  • A willingness to be hands on in accordance with business needs
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
