You will be responsible for the management and development of the Sales Team, driving performance and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.Please note, this is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the Sales Team
- Sharing product and procedure knowledge
- Performance management
- Conducting regular Team meetings and one-to-ones
- Analysis of team performance in terms of customer interaction, conversions and following best practice
- Provision of insightful information
- Monitoring of KPIs
- Recruiting and onboarding new staff members
- Resolving any escalated issues
- Continuously driving efficiencies and service improvements
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Significant experience managing a Sales Team and driving high performance
- Strong people management experience
- Experienced working within a high growth environment
- Highly motivational, with a positive 'can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Demonstrable experience in meeting revenue targets and KPIs
- A willingness to be hands on in accordance with business needs
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
