Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are actively seeking a Complaints Handler on behalf of our Client in Watford. This is a fast-paced and varied role and will incorporate customer service, administrative tasks and assisting field-based employees.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with exceptional customer service - both over the phone and via email
  • Resolving any queries / issues / complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Building good rapport with customers and field-based employees
  • Chasing outstanding reports and ensuring timely submission
  • Supporting the efficient running of day-to-day operations
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth workflows
  • General administrative duties as required

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar B2C, Complaints Handler role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrable experience of effective complaint handling
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy - ability to pick IT systems up quickly
  • Ability to easily build rapport
  • Ability to work on own initiative and at pace
  • A strong work ethic and a positive 'can do’ attitude
