Customer / Claims Consultant
Our client is a fast-growing specialist health insurance business which, since 1994, has been delivering first class medical insurance and a personalised service to its members across the UK.
Our Klein is well established within their sector located in Watford.
The role of Claims Consultant, reporting to the Member & Employee Services Manager, is to deliver high quality service to our customers.
Your duties include;
- You will assist the department to achieve its new business and retention targets by providing customer service excellence.
- Claims processes should be performed competently, accurately, professionally, time efficiently and with an attention to detail in all areas.
- Providing professional and friendly telephone-based assessments and authorisation of claims
- Providing written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions
- Dealing with invoice payment queries
- Following the correct compliance and processes procedures
We are looking for a candidate with customer service / claims handling experience, great listener, strong communication skills, able to build rapport and relationship, Proactive with good IT skills.
Your package is 25k, office-based role Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (1h break) 23days holidays, plus 8 bank holidays, training, development, pension, dental care, medical insurance, bonus and great offices and team.
