Your new company

My client is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with a can - do attitude to join their team as a customer service administrator. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the continuity of customer care and support for the organisation's customer and client base. You will be assisting the service team and manager with overseeing administrative support, engineering staff and other business areas to maintain high standards of customer care.Your new role

Schedule engineers effectively and timelyFirst line of communication for all customers, ensuring customer support levels meet agreed contract standards Escalate customer complaints as neededLog reactive calls and coordinate engineer's jobs daily Monitor engineer attendanceEnsure all calls are handled quickly and efficientlyWhat you'll need to succeed

Scheduling / Planning experience is desirable or experience within a similar role.Experience working in customer care / Helpdesk Experience working with MS Office packages Experience of handling purchase ordersAbility to prioritise tasks and work under pressureStrong communication and written skillsGood numerical skillsAbility to work as part of a team What you'll get in return
