It is a fast-paced environment and will allow you to be a key part in supporting the growth of the business by providing the highest level of customer service and gaining satisfaction by overseeing the claim from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with customer claims from start to finish.

- Liaising with the other departments to find the best possible solution.

- Managing external and internal emails in a professional manner.

- Overseeing multiple claims at once.

- Co-ordinating accommodation booking with third parties.
