Sales Administration and Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, committed to providing innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration and Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Sales Administration and Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to sales, regulatory compliance, and customer service. This role will focus on handling essential paperwork, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:

- Prepare and process G99 applications for Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to ensure timely approval and grid connection.

- Manage Building Control documentation, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for installations.

- Coordinate the issuance and management of MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) certificates, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Warranty Management

- Oversee the issuance and tracking of workmanship warranties for installations.

- Manage manufacturer warranties for inverters and batteries, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly.

Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure all regulatory paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Customer Service

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues related to renewable energy installations and services.

- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.

General Administration

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all administrative tasks and documentation.

- Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the sales and operations teams.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation related to renewable energy installations, including G99 applications, Building Control, MCS certification, and warranty management.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
