From scheduling appointments to coordinating vehicle repairs, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

- Competitive basic salary of £28,000 per annum (OTE £45k)
