HYBRID - WATFORD - 2/3 Days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
This travel and holidays business are growing out their marketing and CRM team, and this role will be really important to the team moving forwards!
THE ROLE
As a CRM Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leading on building, testing, deployment, and reporting on all email and SMS activity
- Looking into how CRM can be used to enhance conversion rates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver improvements in campaigns
- Adopt a test and learn approach to optimise emails
- Creating personalised, automated campaigns to maximise engagement
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on CRM/Email Marketing experience is required
- Testing experience is needed
- Experience reporting on campaigns is ideal
