TimePlan Education is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a school in Watford on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers in the classroom, supporting students with their learning.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Help with classroom management and create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.
- Support the preparation of classroom activities and learning materials.
- Supervise students during break times and transitions between lessons.
- Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
- Experience and knowledge of SEN is highly desirable.
- Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- Ability to commit to full school days, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive daily rates of £90-£100.
