The Role: We are seeking an Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team. This role involves servicing commercial buildings throughout zones 1 and 2 of London. All tools and materials are provided on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis.
  • Perform fault finding and plant adjustments, inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks as per contract specifications.
  • Carry out multi-skilled duties, including re-lamping luminaires, fault finding in electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, AHUs, and cleaning foul water systems, drains, and more.
  • Conduct reactive and extra work requirements in line with engineering standards and HASAWA legislation.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Policies and statutory obligations.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of daily work sheets and maintenance records.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours rota.
  • Become an AP for your site(s) if required.

Requirements:

  • Electrical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications.
  • BMS experience and multi-skilling capability.
  • Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
