Key Duties for the Commercial Finance Manager:
- Partner with senior leadership to drive financial planning and analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units
- Provide insightful financial reporting and performance analysis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and scenario planning
- Manage a small team of finance professionals
Profile
Required Experience for the Commercial Finance Manager:
- (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial acumen and experience r
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commutable to Watford on a Hybrid basis
