Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager
Location: Watford Office

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 PA (DOE)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to manage compliance affairs for a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal clients based within a prestigious firm in Watford celebrated and awarded for being industry leaders in planning, profitability and growth. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise by supporting the Business Tax Team with advisory services on complex tax matters, including incorporation's, IT/CGT planning, and share schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Corporate Tax Returns and manage client inquiries.
  • Provide advice on tax planning issues and maintain client relationships.
  • Supervise the filing of Corporation Tax Returns to ensure timely submissions.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Tax Principal to manage a portfolio of clients.


Ideal Candidate:

  • CTA qualified with experience in practice. (only applicants with this qualification can be considered)
  • Proven ability to handle a portfolio of owner-managed businesses (OMBs).
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in IT.
  • Team player with demonstrable experience managing junior staff.
  • Within commutable distance and an unrestricted right to work in the UK.


Employment Details:

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
  • Competitive remuneration based on experience.
