Senior Commercial Account Handler

Location: Near Watford

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client servicing, handling mid-term adjustment and renewals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the best cover solutions are provided and retention levels remain high
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products, ensuring clients have comprehensive coverage
• Conduct market research to find appropriate cover for clients and negotiate with insurers on their behalf
• Maintain high standards of client care, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Manage larger accounts, ensuring a tailored service to meet their unique requirements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate insurance
• Proven experience in handling larger client portfolios
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service
• Acturis knowledge is desirable
• Cert CII qualified
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
