The Venue:
This stunning location offers a refined dining experience showcasing the best of British produce, complemented by a kitchen garden and partnerships with local suppliers to ensure menus feature ingredients from sustainable, regenerative sources.

The venue caters for up to 100 covers and includes a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a bar offering a lighter menu, and a lounge for hosting corporate events. Open 7 days a week, this fast-paced environment demands flexibility and a commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus that align with the venue's culinary vision and commitment to sustainability.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, budgeting, and ordering, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment through training, mentoring, and staff development.
  • Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of culinary trends and techniques to keep the menu dynamic and innovative.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or in a senior kitchen management role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
