Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000neg

The role of the Internal Sales Timber Products will involve:
Internal Sales Manager position selling a range of predominantly softwood timber products and sheet panel materials (but also joinery, softwood and decorative surfaces)
Selling into various main contractors, and subcontractors including joinery contractors, building contractors, housebuilders, fencing contractors, hoarding contractors, faade contractors, shop fitters as well as occasional retail trade end users
Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
Pro-actively selling, following up leads and enquiries promptly
Producing quotes to customers and following up to convert sale
Providing excellent customer service to clients and building relationships
An element of looking for potential new business opportunities
Supporting with general requirements from the branch and sales team
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Timber Products with:
Must have timber sales experience
Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Wanting to forge a career excellent scope to progress to management level
Driven, enthusiastic, hungry with a passion for the product and company
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
