As an experienced Jira Administrator/Developer you will be supporting and maintaining our Jira/JSM projects and develop enhanced functionality to support our fast-growing business around Hybrid Cloud Management.

The role is to provide daily support and maintenance to our Atlassian estate and work with business teams to define and implement enhanced processes, workflows and integration/automation with other applications to aid with the business growth in automation and efficiencies for supporting customers.

  • Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Opsgenie).
  • Defining and optimising business and technical processes via Workflows, SLA’s, integration and automation.
  • Design and support integrations with other customer service desks and other applications.
  • Set up new CMDB and associated knowledge store.
  • Work with colleagues to enhance reporting and dashboards.
