An internationally renowned company is seeking a Support Technician with Spanish & Italian language skills to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.Utilising your Spanish & Italian language skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering product-related queries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in both languages.Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Performing triage to identify product requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers in Spanish & Italian
  • Providing technical support by diagnosing issues and coordinating necessary parts orders
  • Organising field dispatch of engineers, ensuring they arrive with the correct parts and skills to resolve issues on-site
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the dedicated team and update all documentation accurately within the system

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working within a product support or customer service role, you will possess excellent communication skills and be an excellent team player.
