We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to join our venue in Watford. The venue has undergone a huge refurbishment in Nov 2023. The venue boasts a sophisticated lounge bar and several themed VIP rooms along with a private basement bar for corporate and private hire.

As a company we operate 5 gentlemen's clubs with the ambition to open more, providing our staff and management opportunities to grow and develop.
This vacancy is at our venue in Watford. We are looking for candidates that can uphold our company standards, deliver exceptional service, and help run the venue smoothly and with professionalism. The venue currently operates Monday to Saturday, with options to expand operations.
The role requires the candidate to have:
- Knowledge of retail stock (Preferably in a wet sales led environment).
- The candidate must hold a personal license and have nightclub/bar management experience.
- A good communicator with a good marketing background.
- Ability to manage staff rotas and back of house admin.
- Operational excellence with an ability to control finances.
- Experience with gentlemen's clubs advantage but not essential.
