About the Role
We are looking a Heat Pump Design & Installation Coordinator who will be responsible for the whole end to end experience for homeowners interested in the installation of an air source heat pump, solar panels, or both.
What You'll Do
? Provide the best possible advice to Customers in their decision making process.
? Speak with inbound enquiries and explain the benefits of heat pumps in the hopes of helping them towards a decision to getting one installed.
? Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their heating needs, explain the benefits of an air source heat pump and answer any technical questions the Customer may have (Full training will be provided.)
? Complete desktop surveys and design of a system, and be able to talk the Customer through the installation process.
? Prepare and pitch detailed proposals and quotes based on customer requirements, ensuring clarity on system specifications, costs, and financing options
? Maintain effective communication channels with project managers, other supervisors, and support teams.
? Work with the operational teams to ensure the installation is planned and is delivered smoothly
? Data Entry to ensure accurate quotations

? Understanding of heat pumps
? Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to clients.
