My client is seeking an efficient, positive, and self-motivated HR Manager who is enthusiastic and keen to learn. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, including drafting skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage daily HR activities, including employee contact, engagement, policy management, and performance management.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless employment journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for all employees, managing documentation, execution, and adherence to company policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Conduct employee interviews, including exit interviews and follow-up inductions, and analyse these to improve HR practices.
  • Manage and enhance various benefits and incentives schemes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to line managers on complex HR issues.
  • Own and track HR analytics, preparing reports on key HR indicators and managing internal HR dashboards.
  • Handle disputes, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Identify training needs and implement programs for employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and manage HR records, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Organise employee engagement events and activities that promote team bonding and collaboration.
