We are currently on the lookout for a Service Desk Administrator to join a family feel business in Watford. They are looking for someone to come onboard who has previous Scheduling/ Helpdesk or Service Desk Experience in a fast-paced and busy environment

The company is growing rapidly and they need someone to come in who isn’t afraid of a challenge and is happy to roll their sleeves up and hit the ground running!

Do you have experience in scheduling engineers? Are you confident in building relationships with customers? Are you a car owner driver?

Service Desk Administrator duties:

  • Scheduling engineers
  • Answering phone calls
  • Dealing with customers regarding engineers’ attendances
  • Raising quotes
  • Log reactive calls
  • Invoicing
  • Deal with customer complaints
  • Attend internal, external meetings and training courses
