Technical Support Advisor (Lates)

Evening shifts starting as early as 1:30pm and latest 3:30pm, finishing at 11pm. Monday to Sunday (5-day week)

Sheridan ward is delighted to be on the lookout for a new Evening Technical Support Advisor, to join a lovely company based in Watford!

You will need to work in the office between 9am to 5:30pm until training is completed, thereafter it will be a fully remote role!

This role will involve proactive investigation, fault finding, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer support requests via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and tickets

Technical Support Advisor Duties:

  • Dealing with customer support requests
  • Liaising with mobile network providers
  • Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
  • Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
