E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant to join this Watford based team. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of order processing, from picking and packaging to managing dispatch portals.

27.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 2pm

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.
  • Valid Forklift licence is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and Packaging:

  • Efficiently pick items from stock and ensure accurate packaging of orders to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace to facilitate smooth operations.

Managing Dispatch Portal:

  • Monitor incoming orders, prioritise orders based on urgency and shipping method.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

Click and Collect Orders:

  • Process click and collect orders accurately and in a timely manner and assist customers with inquiries.

Managing Returns and Refunds

  • Handle returns according to company policies, inspect items for damage, and update inventory records.

Marketplace Processing:

  • Monitor sales, process orders and ensure accurate labelling and packaging for shipment.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Support team to resolve any issues or inquiries from buyers.
