Legal Secretary (Temporary)We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary on a Temporary basis to join our client based in Watford for 2-4 weeks.  You will ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience with a background in legal secretarial work and proficiency in audio typing and experience with Case Management.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Draft and manage legal documents
  •  Audio typing and correspondence.
  • Assist with billing processes.
  • Provide administrative support: scheduling, court liaising, diary management, and preparing court bundles.
  • Client communication through various channels.
  • Manage case files using our system; training provided.
  • Occasional reception duties.
  • Maintain accurate client file systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a Legal Secretary, ideally in family or private client law.
  • Proficient in audio typing
  • Word processing, and case management systems.
  • Strong administrative, numerical, and literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
