Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paralegal with a passion for family law? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established and respected law firm based in Watford. you will play a key role in supporting the family law department with a variety of legal tasks, providing vital assistance to solicitors, and ensuring a high level of service to clients This role offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.Job title: Family Law ParalegalSalary: £26,000 per annumLocation: Watford (Hybrid - 2 Days WFH)Hours: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors with case preparation, including drafting correspondence, legal documents, and court forms

  • Managing client files and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

  • Conducting legal research and providing summaries

  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties

  • Preparing for hearings, meetings, and conferences

  • Supporting with administrative duties related to family law matters, including child custody, divorce, and financial settlements

  • Assisting with billing and maintaining time records

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of family law procedures and documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
